Flame of Liberation Ritual

July is a month for celebrating freedom and liberation. Here is a simple candle ritual to assist you in celebrating yours.

You will need a red candle (passion, strength, courage), a white candle (truth, purity, liberation), blue candle (protection. clarity, spiritual alignment).

Set your altar or work area as you believe.

When you are ready. Light the red candle and say " I light this candle to ignite my courage and power." Light the white candle and say " I light this flame for awaken my truth and liberation." Light the blue candle and say "I light this flame for spiritual clarity and protection." As all three candles burn, chant, "By fire's light and sacred flame, I cast off all weights and chains. I shed the names of fear and doubt, by experience learned and knowledge wise. I liberate myself and I Rise! Rise! Rise!

So mote it be!

You can either allow the candles to burn out or you can extinguish them.

Always trim a candle wick to 1/4 inch. Always use a fire safe candle holder. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets, and away from flammable object.

Mystical Tips

When going through a period of change, work closely with a labradorite and a rose quartz. The labradorite will assist in ushing in the change, and the rose quartz will help with the acceptance of it.
Embrace a black moonstone and a smoky quartz to assist you with shadow work, or for working in the shadows. The black moonstone will assist you in diving deeper, while the smoky quartz will offer layers of protection.
